Your Club Your Country IRFU Raffle 2026

This is a starting point, not legal advice. Lotteries and raffles are regulated differently in every jurisdiction, and a public fundraising raffle often needs a permit or licence.   1. Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in the country where the raffle is held.
  2. Price. Tickets cost €10 each. Payment is arranged directly with the member who sold you the ticket; this website records the entry only and does not take payment.
  3. The draw. The draw takes place on Thursday 3 December 2026 at , and will be supervised by an independent observer. Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries.
  4. Prizes.

    Prizes are as described, are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative unless stated. If a prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
  5. Prize preference. The prize preference on the entry form is an indication of interest only. It has no bearing on the draw, which is entirely random.
  6. Winners. Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address given on the entry form within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 28 days, the prize may be redrawn.
  7. Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable once entered, except where the raffle is cancelled, in which case all ticket money will be returned.
  8. Your data. We collect your name, phone number and email address solely to administer this raffle and contact you if you win. Your details are stored by the organisers, are not sold or shared with third parties, and are deleted within 90 days of the draw. To see or delete your data, email secretary@corkhellhounds.ie.
  9. Proceeds. All proceeds go to the cause described on the leaderboard page.
  10. Decisions. The organisers' decision is final in all matters relating to the raffle.
